Reflexology is a very balancing treatment, based on the principle that the body is reflected in miniature on the reflex zones of the feet and hands. Gentle pressure is applied on specific areas of the feet. By stimulating the thousands of nerve endings in the feet it kick-starts the body’s own healing mechanism. A very relaxing experience.
